2019

Founding of FinSef

FinSef was founded by Partha Ghosh after retiring from PwC, with mentorship from Jagdish Shah, former CA Sales owner. Built on trust, integrity, and professionalism, FinSef delivers expert insurance brokerage and risk solutions to corporate clients.

2020

Growing Expertise

FinSef’s leadership expanded with Pele Moleta as Director and John Dalziel as Technical Partner. John, a Chartered Insurer with 40+ years of experience, ensures top-tier underwriting, claims, and risk management solutions. Pele, a seasoned finance professional, held key roles at FNB, Barclays, Botswana Post (CEO), and Hollard before joining FinSef in 2020. Their expertise strengthens FinSef’s position as a leading insurance and risk advisory firm.

Expanding Global Reach

In 2024, FinSef expanded its international network by partnering with leading corporate brokers in the Middle East, Belgium, London, India, and Southern Africa. These partnerships facilitate both incoming and outgoing insurance placements for multinational corporations, with a focus on Aviation, Mining, Diamonds, Large Liability Insurance, and access to the global reinsurance market.
